The Brazil Devices organization is looking for a full-time Online Marketing Manager to be based in São Paulo.
You will be joining our Online Marketing team, whose mission is to deliver innovative online customer experiences that are continuously optimized to introduce the right Amazon device to the right customer, at the right time. Our team is responsible for developing data-driven merchandising strategies, orchestrating product launches, and managing the complete lifecycle of onsite content for Amazon Devices in Brazil. You will create cross-channel marketing campaigns, manage product detail pages, execute content updates at scale, and leverage optimization tools to continuously improve engagement and conversion, transforming how we reach and engage customers at every stage of their journey.
Key job responsibilities
Designing and orchestrating end-to-end cross-channel marketing campaigns across Amazon websites, defining campaign objectives, target audiences, seasonal themes, and brand positioning.
Developing and refining creative options, including product imagery and copy, tailored for specific customer segments and journey stages, ensuring all content is on-brand and aligned with your creative vision.
Defining customer journey maps and placement strategies, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time across all touchpoints.
Analyzing campaign performance data and implementing optimizations to continuously improve results. Executing content variation testing.
Orchestrating product launches using content management systems.
Managing content updates, at scale, across detail and storefront pages. Reviewing and approving recommendations for updates to existing pages based on new product content.
Reviewing content changes via previews, spot-checking updated pages, and initiating design QA review processes before publishing.
Fine-tuning page content at any level, from a single element of copy or media to entire sections.
Leveraging optimization tools that analyze customer interaction data and conversion performance to identify and implement content layout improvements across all surfaces.
Working closely with multiple stakeholders including product managers, designers, data scientists, and international partner teams to align strategies with broader business objectives.
A day in the life
Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and ensuring every campaign, product launch, and content experience delivers relevant, engaging content.
Define business objectives, goals, audience, and creative direction. Plan customer journeys and placement strategies.
Develop and approve creatives customized for different customer segments and journey stages.
Orchestrate product launches, importing content from design tools and deploying localized detail pages.
Execute content updates at scale, reviewing previews and initiating QA workflows.
Monitor real-time campaign performance dashboards and engagement metrics, deriving insights and implementing optimizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, data science, and international teams to align strategies with business objectives.
Drive innovation by exploring new tools and capabilities, feeding learnings back to improve future campaigns and content operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
Experience in brand identity and voice development
Experience creating brand marketing content
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
