About the role

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Interpret data and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Support business teams with ad hoc data analysis requests. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Automate reporting processes where possible. Document data definitions, methodologies, and business rules.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Proficiency in data analysis using Python or R. Understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time (US Shift) Experience: 3-5 Years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
