About this vacancy

We are looking for a trainee to join our team who, in collaboration with the HR Talent Acquisition team, will handle the following activities:

Defining priorities and needs with business managers

Candidate search across various platforms

Initial contact with candidates and introductory interviews

Planning and participating in internal events

Planning and participating in employer branding events

Corporate HR and training area

What we expect from you

Technical requirements and IT knowledge

Excellent use of the Office suite

Good interpersonal and team-building skills

Interest in the world of technology and engineering

Degree: Bachelor's Degree (first level), Master's Degree/Single Cycle (second level)

Language skills: knowledge of the following languages is required

Italian: native speaker

English: good (B2-C1)

What you can expect from us

We offer an initial internship lasting 6 months with a monthly expense reimbursement of €1,000, aimed at integration into the company with an employment contract upon completion of the program, based on the achievement of agreed objectives.
