We are currently looking for a Plant Manager Responsible for two manufacturing facilities within the Group, Balsareny and Parets.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Iberia Operations Director.

POSITION MISSION

To provide full operational leadership for two manufacturing plants of IBERIA (Parets del Vallés and Balsareny), ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives through effective leadership, outstanding organizational skills and strong coordination of the management teams across both locations.

The role is responsible for ensuring operational stability, driving continuous improvement, developing people and fostering process standardization between sites, while acting as a role model for leadership and company culture across both facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the overall operations of both manufacturing sites, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, service, productivity and financial objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.

Develop and inspire the management teams, promoting collaboration across functions and building engaged, accountable and autonomous teams.

Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across both plants.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and food safety standards, promoting a culture of prevention, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Oversee the financial performance of both sites, managing budgets, profitability and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and sustainable growth.

Lead organizational transformation by supporting the implementation of new technologies, systems and ways of working that strengthen business performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Operations, or similar)

5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations

Proven leadership experience at plant or operations level

Experience in growth, transformation, or scale-up environments

Experience in process-driven industries

A minimum C1 level of English is required

Availability to travel approximately twice per month
