How you'll make a difference

You'll design, build and embed AI capabilities that solve real business problems and support our transformation, data and AI ambitions. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with business teams, architects, security, risk and data colleagues to take ideas from proof of concept through to scalable, well-governed solutions.

What will you bring to the role?

Hands-on experience of designing, building, maintaining and supporting AI solutions from end to end, in an enterprise environment.

Strong Foundry and Copilot experience

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data, applications, APIs or workflows.

Strong technical capability in Python.

Awareness of responsible AI, AI risk management, data protection, UK GDPR, security and compliance principles.

Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business challenges into practical AI or automation solutions.

The confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex ideas clearly and collaboratively.

Experience with cloud-based AI, analytics or engineering platforms; Databricks would be beneficial.
