About this vacancy

As a Design Leader Civil Engineering, you ensure that civil engineering projects run smoothly from start to finish. You visit project locations, map out possibilities, and create a clear plan. Moreover, you closely monitor progress and act as the main point of contact for everything happening within your projects. You contribute to discussions about permits and designs and play an important role in construction team contracts. Developers can rely on you for the complete package: from calculations and permits to designs for SO, VO, DO, and UO. You are also the specialist when it comes to drafting and creating 3D models in AutoCAD and Civil3D. Together with the Cost Estimation department, you prepare realistic budgets. In addition, you lead an enthusiastic team within the department Advisory, Design, and Engineering. You manage the workflow, oversee planning, and have the opportunity to further the engineering department, fully utilizing your commercial skills!

What we expect from you

You have strong communication skills and know how to motivate people at the right moment. Performing under pressure? No problem, you stay calm and are eager to take the lead in projects. With your solid knowledge of 3D design and Civil 3D, along with experience in AutoCAD (InfraCAD is a plus), you are the expert we are looking for. You are familiar with ASVV and (CROW) guidelines and apply them effortlessly in your work. Additionally, you are proactive, decisive, and always maintain a clear overview.

✔️ Experience with (static) sewer storage and infiltration calculations
