About this vacancy

As a cost expert, you prepare estimates and elemental budgets in all stages of the construction process. You analyze, review, and provide advice on feasibility, technical quality, construction and preparation planning, regulations, and risks/opportunities. In the pursuit of the best results, you consider alternatives and optimizations. You discuss the specifications and implications of projects with the construction team, the client, and other stakeholders. Throughout the process, you monitor the assumptions and ensure that we achieve our goals.

What we expect from you

You have experience as a cost estimator or calculator in construction/infrastructure.

You can process, analyze, and connect data quickly and effectively.

You work accurately and have an eye for detail.

You have excellent communication skills and respond effectively to the wishes and needs of the client.

You are driven to achieve the best results and act transparently in doing so.
