About the role
Functie omschrijving
As a Logistics Employee / Order Picker, you play an important role in the distribution process. You make sure Lidl stores receive the right products every day.
Your responsibilities
Picking orders (groceries, fresh products, and non-food items)
Completing a one-week onboarding and training program
Working with a voice-picking headset and an electric pallet truck
Building pallets carefully and efficiently
Checking orders for accuracy
Working Hours
Day shift: 07:00 – 16:00
Availability for at least 2 Saturdays per month is required.
Functie eisen
You are physically fit and able to lift up to 16 kg
You are willing to work weekends when required
You speak English or another language
Experience in logistics is an advantage, but not required

Stable employment under the VGL Collective Labour Agreement (CAO)
32–40 working hours per week
