About the role

This role is part of the F&F Online Marketing team, responsible for supporting impactful marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales across F&F Online. The position involves coordinating integrated marketing activity across multiple channels, including CRM and paid media, while helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Working closely with teams across marketing, trade, content, merchandising, and eCommerce, the role supports key commercial priorities, product launches, and trading events. It is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, commercially aware, creative, and passionate about customer-focused marketing.

You will be responsible for

Support online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and sales.

Help identify opportunities to support key trading events, campaigns and product launches.

Support the continuous improvement of marketing activity through testing, learning and optimisation across all channels

Supporting CRM strategy and execution for F&F

Support the delivery of engaging internal communications to Tesco colleagues

Develop clear creative and media briefs for paid media channels, including Paid Social, Display and Affiliates

Bring creative ideas and a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development.

Support the continuous improvement of ways of working and marketing processes

You will need

2+ years' experience in digital marketing or a related marketing role

Experience writing creative briefs and coordinating asset delivery

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Commercial awareness with a passion for retail and customer experience

A proactive and collaborative approach, with a desire to continuously improve performance and processes

Someone with creative thinking, willing to think outside the box and suggest their own ideas
