HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Maison Alaïa is recruiting a Barista for its café located within its boutique in London.

Inspired by the spirit of Maison Alaïa, the café is designed as a calm and elegant space where clients are invited to relax and enjoy a refined experience combining hospitality and excellence.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated barista with a positive attitude, who will embody the Maison’s values and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Preparing coffee to a high standard of quality

Providing outstanding and personalized customer service

Operating the till and handling payments

Following food safety and hygiene standards

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Previous specialty coffee experience, ideally with milk steaming and latte art skills

Confidence in dialing coffee machines, weighing espresso, and following recipes

Passion for hospitality

Reliable, hard-working, with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and develop new techniques and be multi-tasks

Confident in engaging with clients

Supportive team player

Excellent presentation
