About the role
We are seeking a highly capable Lead JavaScript Developer with a passion for building rich, responsive web and hybrid-mobile applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to deliver fast, SEO-friendly, and mobile-first user interfaces.

Working closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product owners, you will translate interactive designs into clean, modular, and reusable front-end code.
Responsibilities
Architect and develop fast, responsive web applications with React and Next.js, taking full advantage of capabilities like SSR, SSG, and API routes
Deliver pixel-accurate, mobile-first interfaces that adjust smoothly across screen sizes, paying particular attention to refining layouts, animations, and touch behaviors for mobile viewports on iOS and Android browsers
Handle sophisticated client-side state through libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API, while connecting applications to backend RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Analyze and fine-tune applications to reach top-tier loading speeds, healthy Core Web Vitals scores, and fluid rendering on less powerful mobile hardware
Produce clean, maintainable, and testable JavaScript/TypeScript code, perform in-depth code reviews, and the shared UI component library
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in software development
At least one year of experience guiding and coordinating development teams
Track record in modern web development with a clear emphasis on shipping user-facing functionality

Hands-on experience with the Next.js framework, covering App Router or Pages Router as well as Server Components
Working knowledge of modern CSS frameworks and approaches such as Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or CSS Modules for clean and maintainable styling
Background in tuning web applications for mobile browsers, developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), or embedding web views inside hybrid mobile containers
