Summary:

As a Deployment Network Engineer, a typical day involves designing and deploying telecommunication network infrastructures to support organizational needs. The role includes managing construction and adaptation services for both new and existing points of presence and base stations. Throughout the day, the engineer implements, commissions, and decommissions network equipment, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. This position requires coordinating various activities to maintain and enhance network performance while adapting to evolving technological requirements and project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Oversee the planning and execution of network deployment projects to meet timelines and quality standards.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Monitor network infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to optimize reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong knowledge of telecommunication network design principles and deployment methodologies.

Experience with installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of network equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network infrastructure issues.

Familiarity with network construction and adaptation services for base stations and points of presence.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
