Responsibilities:

10-15 years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 5 years managing automation-related initiatives, programs, or teams.

Experience working with Playwright implementation projects or Playwright-based delivery teams.

Experience managing stakeholders across technical and business functions.

Experience driving adoption of engineering or automation capabilities across multiple teams.

Manage delivery of Playwright framework and related initiatives.

Define and track roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Coordinate activities across framework designers, automation engineers, project teams, and stakeholders.

Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development activities.

Facilitate framework adoption across project teams.

Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Ensure governance, documentation, and operating processes are established and followed.

Support planning and prioritization activities related to the Playwright capability.
