What does the job entail?

Develop and implement group operations strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency

Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Collaborate with senior management to identify and capitalize on business opportunities

Analyze and optimize group operations processes to minimize costs and maximize productivity

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners

Provide operational support to the group CEO and senior management team

Develop and implement operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance

Manage and control group operations budgets and resources

Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and minimize losses

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve group operations
