Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern who is eager to build a long-term career in Business Analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to solution development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to understand project needs.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.

Participate in client meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.

Support the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Conduct market and competitor research as required.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Learn and apply Business Analysis best practices and tools under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Prior internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis is an added advantage.
