About the role

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Experience Designer to join our team

You will work across

multiple sectors including enterprise IT consulting and large scale sales environments

designing compelling user centered experiences that drive real business outcomes

This role uniquely blends UX design persona led storytelling and visual narrative strategy

You ll shape everything from early stage product prototypes to high impact executive

proposals and large deal pursuit assets translating complex stakeholder requirements

into intuitive persuasive design solutions

You ll collaborate closely with designers

developers business analysts sales leaders and delivery managers leveraging AI tools to

improve creative speed and output quality all within fast paced Agile environments

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end UX design for large deal proposals presentations and digital touch

points

enterprise products from discovery and research synthesis to wireframes

prototypes and final specifications

Conduct and synthesize user research interviews usability tests surveys to inform

persona development and journey mapping

Design and facilitate workshops co creation sessions and design sprints with

cross functional stakeholders

Create and maintain design systems component libraries and interaction

guidelines that scale across product lines

Translate complex workflows and data heavy interfaces into intuitive accessible

experiences for both technical and non technical users

Experience supporting large deal pursuits RFP RFI responses or strategic bid

processes

Background in service design design thinking facilitation or experience strategy

Exposure to accessibility standards WCAG 2

1 AA and inclusive design practices

A degree or equivalent qualification in Interaction Design Graphic Design HCI

Commercial arts or a related field
