Job Description: Senior Automation Engineer with experience in Selenium with Java, incl manual testing, and with AI-driven tools to accelerate test automation and improve testing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver
Design and enhance automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit, Page Object Model, etc.)
Execute automated test suites and analyze results
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements
Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
Ensure test coverage and improve test efficiency through automation
Work on CI/CD integration (Jenkins or similar tools)
Leverage AI tools to improve test case generation, defect prediction, and overall testing efficiency
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Java programming
Expertise in Selenium WebDriver
Experience with TestNG/JUnit
Good understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid)
Working knowledge of AI tools in testing/automation
Experience with API testing (Rest Assured/Postman)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
Good to Have:
Experience with AI-based testing platforms/tools
Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrate new software solutions with existing systems and platforms while Ensuring component compatibility and interoperability.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrent issues and bugs
Provide training and support to junior programmers and other team members.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications: Bachelor�s or master�s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field. 4 - 7 Years
