Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI/ML Manager to lead our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. This role involves managing a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML professionals in developing scalable models and algorithms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, analytics) to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.

Define and execute AI/ML strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects from research and development to deployment and monitoring.

Ensure model quality, performance, fairness, and explainability using best practices.

Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, research, tools, and technologies.

Present insights and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience in the Banking domain will be preferred.

Experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Ignite, Spark, or distributed systems for handling high-volume data pipelines.

Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure requirements for training, optimizing, and deploying large-scale AI/ML and deep learning models.

Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus).

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automating model integration, testing, and deployment in production environments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
