Summary:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with organizational goals is also a key part of the daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize cloud platform performance and reliability.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of cloud strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Development.

Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.

Strong understanding of application integration between cloud and on-premises systems.

Ability to design and validate architecture proofs focusing on security and performance.

Familiarity with testing methodologies for cloud-based solutions.

Skilled in collaborating with diverse technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
