At Epta, quality is at the core of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced Country Quality Site Compliance Manager to lead our quality strategy and compliance activities at the Casale Plant.
This is a key leadership role for a quality professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Your Mission
As the Voice of the Customer, you will ensure the highest standards of product and process quality while driving compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company procedures
Manage internal and external audits, certification processes, and quality documentation
Monitor quality KPIs and drive performance improvements
Lead root cause analysis activities and corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA)
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Define and improve quality standards, controls, and risk management processes
Oversee supplier quality performance and implement improvement initiatives
Manage the quality budget and monitor cost-of-quality indicators
Lead, motivate, and develop the local Quality team
Partner closely with customers, suppliers, headquarters, and key stakeholders
Support process optimization, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Previous leadership experience, ideally in an international organization
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience managing quality KPIs, supplier quality, customer complaints, and quality-related budgets
Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
Fluent Italian and good command of English
Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally
Nice to Have
Experience in the refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment sector
Familiarity with refrigeration cabinets and related manufacturing processes
