As Technical Support Engineer you are part of the engineering team and the consistent first point of contact for colleagues from QARA, Logistics, and Assembly Warehouse. You work at the intersection of engineering, documentation, and quality: from elaborating technical drawings and managing product documentation to handling the non-conformance process and supporting the quality department with technical input.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for technical questions from QARA, Logistics, and Assembly Warehouse regarding products, drawings, materials, and specifications

Assess and handle non-conformances for incoming goods, including recording findings and coordinating follow-up with suppliers

Elaborate engineer-supplied concepts into complete 3D part and assembly drawings in CAD software (Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar)

Create and maintain production drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials

Maintain and update Design and Development Files per product family, including traceability and V&V references

Support the quality department with technical input for product registrations and compliance documentation

Contribute to internal audits and complaint handling at documentation level

Occasionally liaise with suppliers on rejected goods, replacements, and credit notes

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Around 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical role

Hands-on experience with CAD software such as Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar; ability to read and produce technical drawings is essential

Affinity with regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, aerospace, or pharma; deep QARA or MDR expertise is not required

Pragmatic, quick to understand, and able to work independently within a small team

Fluent in Dutch for day-to-day internal communication; good command of English is also required

Organization & Offer

You will join a small, experienced team where pragmatism, presence, and quick thinking are valued. The role offers broad visibility across the organisation and direct involvement in products that make a difference for patients worldwide. You’ll get a competitive salary in line with experience, hybrid working: 3 days on-site, 2 days from home, vacation days and a good pension scheme.
