About the role

Join our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Warehouse team and learn how continuous improvement enables efficient and agile supply chain operations. As a OpEx Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in improving flows, reducing waste, and optimizing processes to ensure materials and products move efficiently across the site.

Key responsibilities:

Support operational excellence initiatives focused on warehouse and logistics processes

Design a data gathering system across the warehouse for operational performance management and problem identification.

Learn how to improve flow efficiency and eliminate waste across supply chain operations

Assist in analysing material flows, stock management and process bottlenecks

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and accuracy

Support implementation of standard work and visual management tools

Collaborate in problem-solving activities related to logistics inefficiencies

Contribute to initiatives that improve service levels and operational agility

Engage with teams to promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor´s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business or related scientific discipline.

Interest in operations, logistics, and process optimization

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Programming and basic use of AI

Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic knowledge of Lean or Supply Chain concepts (nice to have)

Important, the scholarship has a duration of 12 months, full-time.
