Packaging SME / Project Engineer - West Dublin - Biopharma Client

We are currently seeking a Packaging SME / Project Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary, site-based team in West Dublin. This role would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple capital projects simultaneously and has experience supporting packaging projects within a biopharmaceutical environment. Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical facility.

In addition to managing large-scale one-off projects, at PM Group we also provide a Managed Service for capital projects to a growing number of clients. Our site-based Managed Service teams across Ireland provide a cost efficient and effective framework for project delivery to our clients. We take projects ranging in capital value from €100k to €15M from concept through all stages of the project life-cycle to handover. Whether a simple pump replacement or a complex building extension, we manage all aspects of the project from idea to implementation. We deliver diverse portfolios of projects including buildings, cleanrooms, utilities, process installations, regulatory upgrades and equipment replacements.

Manage new packaging equipment installation

Manage internal and external contractors/stakeholders

Support packaging process upgrade.

Liaise with equipment suppliers and perform and manage FAT's etc

List of equipment for installation:

Vial Labeller

Leaflet Dispenser (or basic alternative to read item code)

Check weigher

Carton print/TE application/serialisation

Aggregation

:

Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline

Understands project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation and project closeout

Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from project teams to site leadership team

Strong computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong understanding of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices
