Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

Source, organize, and manage information from multiple systems and databases.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data stored in structured repositories.

Integration with GPT Systems:

Input and refine data within advanced Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) systems.

Assist in the training of GPT models by optimizing data inputs to enhance system outputs.

Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify patterns and actionable insights.

Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to support business decisions.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor data consistency and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Identify and rectify discrepancies in datasets.

Collaboration and Communication:

Partner with technical and compliance teams to understand project requirements.

Provide timely updates and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Familiarity with data management and analytics tools.

Experience with AI or GPT systems is a plus (training will be provided).

Prior experience in a field requiring strong attention to detail is an advantage.

Experience in handling and validating critical or sensitive data.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to new technologies.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
