Your Responsibilities
Design, establishment and continuous improvement of the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the assigned Division or Business Unit
Support of the Global IBP Lead and senior stakeholders in shaping IBP reviews, standards, templates and process maturity
Translation of cross‑industry best practices into scalable, implementable IBP and Supply Planning solutions
Facilitation and co‑facilitation of IBP reviews (including S&OE) to enable high‑quality, end‑to‑end decision making
Preparation of decision‑ready materials and guidance on focus areas for effective executive reviews
End‑to‑end design and improvement of Supply Planning processes (e.g. Rough Cut Capacity Planning, MRP, Sales & Operations Execution)
Collaboration with Master Planning and Operations teams to implement and mature Supply Planning processes across the global network
Alignment of business and customer requirements with value chain configurations across Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Repair
Cross‑functional virtual (change) leadership across Global Business Units, Finance and Operations (no direct reports)
Representation of Olympus’ IBP approach internally and externally, including engagement with external thought leaders
Your qualification
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategy or cross‑functional leadership roles in global environments
At least 5 years of senior management experience building and running IBP processes in complex organizations
Deep expertise in IBP / S&OP, Demand and Supply Planning, process design and global process implementation
Proven ability to lead change and influence senior stakeholders without formal line management responsibility
Strong consulting mindset with experience advising executive and BU leadership teams
High collaboration, communication and facilitation skills across cultures and functions
Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones in a global set‑up
Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 15%
