Senior Manager / Director / Expert – Market Access & Health Technology Assessment

Specific activities and responsibilities:

Provide high-level expertise in Market Access and Health Technology Assessment (HTA).

Advise pharmaceutical, biotech and MedTech clients on pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies.

Lead and review HTA submissions, transparency dossiers and strategic deliverables.

Support EU HTA projects, including Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA) and Joint Scientific Consultations (JSC).

Facilitate strategic workshops, steering committees and executive meetings with clients.

Contribute to business development through proposal preparation, client presentations and development of new service offerings.

Collaborate with ProductLife Group European Market Access teams on international projects.

Mentor consultants, lead project teams and contribute to the development of the Business Unit.

Required education:

Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Economics or a related scientific discipline

Required experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Market Access, Health Technology Assessment and pricing & reimbursement, ideally including experience within a Health Authority (e.g. HAS, CEPS) or a similar public institution.

French – Native or fluent

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and innovative HTA methodologies would be considered an asset
