Guidewire Application Engineer

We are currently expanding our Guidewire capability and are looking for a highly skilled Guidewire Application Engineer ) to support a strategic insurance transformation initiative for a global client.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite ecosystem who can provide technical leadership, guide integration strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.

What You'll Do

Ensure technical design and implementation activities across Guidewire InsuranceSuite.

Drive Guidewire integration architecture, implementation, and best practices.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable solutions.

Support cloud transformation initiatives leveraging Guidewire Cloud capabilities.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

Participate in architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and delivery governance.

Contribute to technical direction, standards, and reusable assets across Guidewire programs.

Ensure solutions align with insurance industry standards and client business objectives.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of experience working with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.

Hands-on expertise with:

Guidewire PolicyCenter

Guidewire BillingCenter

Guidewire ClaimCenter

Experience in Guidewire Configuration and Integration.

Experience delivering Integration Architecture implementations.

Experience with:

Guidewire Cloud

Guidewire Studio

EDGE APIs

Cloud APIs

Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes.

Experience leading technical discussions with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Technical leadership or SME experience in enterprise software implementations.

Intermediate - Advanced English level (B2+).
