Could you be the full-time Senior Analyst - FP&A in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial analysis and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and strategic alignment of our corporate functions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as regional and central leads, product line teams, and corporate functions), support strategic decision-making processes, and contribute to the successful implementation of global projects and initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of month-end closing and reporting activities, but also support the preparation of forecasts and budgets.

We’ll look to you for:

Deliver all reports / analysis automation per platform / variance analysis

Analysis per platform & product family

Key project variances - EAC changes analysis

Progressive ramp up on a dedicated Pf / workstream

Progressive ramp-up on SER R&D Controlling

At least 5 yrs professional experience, incl. Analysts, Operations, if possible costing, Controlling roles

Must demonstrate autonomy, capacity of analysis / synthesis, skills to benchmark, look for data, compare various BIs, financial sources

Ability to prepare Management presentations and review with leadership team.

Willing to explore new areas which are not stabilized yet, agile mindset, able to work within and for small teams

Looking for direct interfaces with various stakeholders within Alstom regions organizations.
