How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed Pre & Post bind call audits on UK Retail Contact Center calling Agents. This is to ensure Gallagher Business Conduct is compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Verify the accuracy, disclosures, completeness, and consistency of documentation, including client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.
Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.
Prepare QA reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Present insights to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decision-making.
Collaborating with on-shore operations teams, account executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to address audit and QA findings.
About you
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Master
Work Experience:
Graduate with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in an Insurance domain
Call Audit Experience in P&C – Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred
Insurance certification – good to have
Transition/onboarding of service - good to have
Onshore travel experience – good to have
Licenses/Certificates:
Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage
