Summary:

In the role of Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This includes evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The role requires identifying the current operational state, gathering detailed customer requirements, and envisioning an improved future state or business solution. The Business Analyst dedicates time to researching, collecting, and synthesizing relevant information to support informed decision-making and effective process design, ensuring that organizational goals are met through optimized integration of business and technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical capabilities.

Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and technology integration.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience in process mapping and documentation to clearly define business requirements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
