Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential risks or disruptions.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.

Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and implementation.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related incidents and performance issues.

Familiarity with backup, recovery, and data integrity techniques.

Ability to work with change management processes and update technical documentation effectively.

Good communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Database Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
