At Stagit.ie, we specialise in creating unforgettable stag and hen party experiences across Ireland and beyond. We're growing our Mullingar-based sales team and looking for energetic, people-driven individuals who want to build a real career in events and group party sales.

Our clients come to us - groups planning stag and hen parties reach out directly through our website. Your job is to take those warm leads and convert them into confirmed bookings through enthusiastic, consultative phone-based selling.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Is eager to grow a career in sales and open to mentorship and development

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with people over the phone

Enjoys problem-solving and finding the right experience for every group

Is highly competitive, target-driven, and motivated to exceed expectations

Has a genuine interest in events, social gatherings, and entertainment

Is fluent in English, both written and spoken

Can reliably commute to our Mullingar office Monday to Friday (own transport or public transport both fine)

What You'll Be Doing:

Converting warm inbound enquiries into confirmed stag and hen party bookings

Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation

Building relationships with clients to ensure an outstanding experience from first call to event day

Tailoring packages to match each group's preferences, budget, and occasion

Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and activity KPIs

Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve the client experience
