Senior Account Manager, LCS, Retail (German, English)

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.

Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in crafting and pitching compelling sales narratives.

Experience in performance or media agency sales.

Strong sales capabilities (client/industry).

Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Drive extraordinary customer growth by thinking bigger in every engagement - always looking for ways to increase pitch size while being anchored in customer value.

Partner with cross-functional team members to win back market share from key digital participants.

Deliver customer proximity with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer and optimizing their advertising with product expertise.

Update and upskill clients on recommended Google products, solutions or strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and Apps.
