We're looking for a Trainee Manager to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop leadership skills, gain practical business experience and work towards a management position through structured training and real responsibility.

What you'll be doing

As a Trainee Manager, you'll gain experience across a range of business functions, including:

Supporting the day-to-day running of campaigns and operations

Learning how to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams

Assisting with planning, organisation and performance management

Building strong relationships with customers, clients and colleagues

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and coaching activities

Monitoring results and identifying opportunities for improvement

Developing problem-solving and decision-making skills

Taking on additional responsibilities as part of your management development
