Position Summary:

The Omni Demand Generation (ODG) Activation Manager -Vet t is a key driver of local market execution for our demand generation model across Vet Omni and eCommerce customers. He/she is responsible for bringing the Brand Experience Plan (BEP) to life in-market, leveraging the strategic guidance from the Omni Demand Generation Marketing Organization. This is a customer-facing role, focused on engaging with key trade partners and customers to ensure optimal activation success. The ODG Activation Manager - Vet works closely with the Commercial Country teams to ensure flawless execution of the synchronized commercial calendar.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

Brand Experience (BEP) Implementation: Lead the Vet Channel (Omni and eCommerce) in-market activation and optimization of Brand Experiences to drive brand purchase and advocacy, leveraging the strategic guidance provided by the ODG Marketing Team. Ensure activation plans are deeply rooted and informed by "Moments that Matter" in the Vet parent journey to drive demand.

Commercial Excellence: Ensure our 7 P activation plans align to Brand Strategy including pricing implementation, prioritization of distribution opportunities, and digital shelf accuracy.

Integrated Commercial Calendar Implementation: Flawlessly execute the synchronized commercial calendar that aligns brand activities with commercial execution.

Shopper Marketing Activation: Execute Vet Omni & eCommerce Shopper strategies and materials to drive consideration, purchase and loyalty. Manage the localization and deployment of omnichannel Point of Purchase (POP) assets.

Local Insights Application: actionable insights derived from competitive landscape and category developments to optimize local execution and drive measurable growth.

Performance Management: Plays an active role in the monthly discipline through brand performance reviews and MoDi (Monthly Discipline) analytics, focusing on execution KPIs.

Commercial Capability & External Engagement: Act as a customer-facing representative to deliver 7P strategies, manage the rollout of detailing and customer materials, and ensure effective training for sales teams on in-market programs.

Skills and Competencies:

Growth Mindset: Ability to operate in a fluid, cross-commercial environment where budgets are reallocated based on a holistic view of performance.

External Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and negotiate with key external customers and trade partners.

Omnichannel Oriented: Understanding of the Shopper journey & ‘Moments that Matter’ across the vet, Brick & Mortar and eCommerce channels.

Analytical Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI-enabled internal and external tools and cross-commercial analytics to monitor execution effectiveness and ensure optimal resource allocation on the ground.

Strategic Syncing: Experience working as "One Commercial Team" with Marketing, and Customer Development as well as Subject Matter Experts to deliver unified brand experiences.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Development or related field

5+years of commercial (sales or marketing) experience ideally in matrixed organizations

Proven critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities including ability to uncover measurable insights from large datasets

Demonstrated ability to create and implement strong plans for business growth

Strong understanding of the Consumer Journey Methodology

Strong collaboration skills and project management capabilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Fluency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Brand Management, Retail Marketing Manager or Customer Development Management

Pet Nutrition or related industry experience

Knowledge of Retail Environment strategy

Experience with and understanding of the Profession as a recommendation and selling channel

Strong tech-fluency and experience using AI-powered tools

Able to communicate in one of the HUB languages
