This role is the communications and execution engine of the Amplifier Model, translating operational data into structured, decision-ready visibility for leadership through structured update cadence and AI-enabled workflows.

This role's structural advantage is its position at the centre of every active initiative simultaneously. Leverage AI tools to:

Summarise updates

Improve clarity and consistency of communications

Reduce manual effort in update consolidation

Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and visibility of execution data, raising these to the Partner Technology & Automation Lead for evaluation and delivery

Governance Support

Support governance forums by providing structured, decision-ready updates, including the monthly Governance Review pack.

Drive accountability across cross-functional teams without formal authority

Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and global consistency

3. Scope of Authority

Does not own partner strategy, systems architecture, or automation design

Owns execution cadence, operational communications, and visibility of progress across Partner Operations initiatives

Drives operational discipline within agreed governance frameworks
