The Amazon Transportation team is rapidly building a logistics network and new solutions, addressing the most challenging first and last mile issues, as well as opportunities in cost, service, and quality.

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Program Manager who is enthusiastic about driving growth and supporting the expansion of Amazon's operations in Mexico. Your main challenge will be to connect business to technology and benchmark globally to create best-in-class network that provide a great experience for Customers and Sellers in Mexico. Key job responsibilities

Shape the development of the Amazon Points network with a focus on better serving our sellers for Drop-off (PUDOs), Customer Pickups and Returns;

Track daily operational performance and KPIs, creating action plans and bridges to gap deffects;

Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven analysis for better decision-making.

Implement strategic projects to improve Customer experience and increase adoption;

Be data-driven to identify new business opportunities that empower distributed point operations;

Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth;

Work effectively with various stakeholders at different levels, including field operators, support teams, and tech product managers;

Conduct operational visits and audits at our facilities;

Implement strategic projects to ensure the best cost-efficiency and experience throughout the First and Last Miles;

Manage expansion plan for network based on customer and seller needs;

Review performance KPIs to improve quality of service provided;

Take active decisions on next steps and adjust strategy aligning with multiple stakeholders;

Lead senior forums to enhance program implementation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Knowledge of general AI tools

Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in people management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Experience defining and executing program requirements

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
