Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and project cost documentation for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing RA bills, quantity measurements, and coordinating with site, planning, and finance teams to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Client RA (Running Account) Bills as per project progress.
Prepare and verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
Measure work quantities based on approved drawings and site execution.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity reconciliation statements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Planning Engineers, and Project Managers for work certification.
Track approved quantities, extra items, and variation orders.
Maintain billing registers, work completion records, and payment tracking.
Ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documents.
Verify measurements with client representatives and consultants.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment follow-up and reconciliation.
Prepare monthly billing reports, work progress reports, and cost summaries.
Assist in project cost monitoring and budget control.
Maintain billing documentation in compliance with contractual requirements.
Support final bill preparation and project closure documentation.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience
3–7 years of experience in billing engineering for residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
Experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and contract documentation is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of billing procedures, BOQ, and contract conditions.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet billing deadlines.
