We are looking for a Site Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our upcoming project near Verona. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Minimum 4 years of experience on international industrial/construction projects

Awareness of Italian construction codes and regulations

Experience in superstructure construction

Excellent organization and teamwork skills

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Self-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office software

Fluent in English and Italian verbal and written

Good communication skills and well-motivated

No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long-term

Job Description:

Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations based on the Construction Manager’s guidance

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements

Collaborate closely with subcontractors and other related parties to ensure timely project completion

Analyse and interpret engineering plans, data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities

Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards

Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards

Maintain accurate project documentation and evidence, including daily progress reports, site diaries, change orders, site photographs, etc

To assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Synergy’s safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations

To prepare daily and daily/weekly progress reports

Assist in the preparation of the project as built
