Job Description

Are you ready to take responsibility, develop people, and actively drive production processes forward? Then join our production leadership team and help shape the future of our site.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and further develop your team both professionally and disciplinarily

Ensure the timely execution of the production program through the optimal use of personnel, equipment, and resources

Take responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy requirements

Manage and continuously optimize production workflows, KPIs, and processes in line with Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP) principles

Conduct team meetings, training sessions, employee reviews, and development discussions

Support production planning and assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations

Contribute to the introduction of new projects through to successful serial production and collaborate closely with the Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments

Your Profile:

Further qualification as an Industrial Foreman, Mechanical Engineering Technician, or a comparable technical qualification

Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and provide shift-related leadership support

Proficient in MS Office and SAP

Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and assertiveness

Experience in the automotive supplier industry and knowledge of serial production processes are advantageous

You are a committed leader with a hands-on mentality and a strong technical understanding. With your excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and focus on continuous improvement, you motivate your team and actively drive change while achieving sustainable results.
