by recording, critically analysing existing business processes (Production, Logistics, Administration)
by building Low Code solutions and interfaces to Group systems such as SAP eWM, SAP ERP, and RHIZE (Manufacturing)
by automating IT processes for increased efficiency and cost reduction
by acting as a key interface between business departments and Business IT to implement seamless end-to-end solutions
by leading initiatives for the implementation of new shopfloor solutions (e.g., Manufacturing Execution Systems) or digital tools
in actively guiding employees through digital transformation, moderating workshops, and conducting comprehensive solution introduction sessions
You’ll have…
5+ years’ experience in business process digitalization
proficiency in No-Code /Low-Code applications development
TULIP and PEGA builder experience is a plus, upskilling on-the job is possible
experience in Operations & Supply Chain Management is a plus, especially the luxury industry
fluency in German and English
the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
a team player mindset with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
