About the role

Installation & Maintenance

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.

Perform routine preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.

Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues before failures occur.

Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, belts, filters, thermostats, and electrical controls.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

Conduct testing and performance checks after repairs to ensure proper operation.

Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
