CAD Designer Supervisor
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the CAD design team, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
Create, review, and approve jewellery CAD designs as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Die, Wax, and Casting teams to ensure design feasibility.
Resolve technical design issues and optimize models for manufacturing.
Manage design workflow, task allocation, and project timelines.
Maintain quality standards and ensure all CAD files are production-ready.
Stay updated with jewellery design trends, CAD technologies, and manufacturing processes.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
Required Skills
Advanced CAD modelling and jewellery design expertise.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and production constraints.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience in design review, quality control, and workflow management.
Proficiency in jewellery CAD software and prototyping techniques.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
