Monitor service standards, resident experience, and operational KPIs to support business growth and retention.

Manage contractor relationships and performance across facilities management services.

About You

You are a confident and influential leader with a proven track record managing large-scale operations, complex stakeholder relationships, and geographically dispersed teams. You bring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate organisational objectives into operational success.

Essential Experience & Capabilities

Significant leadership experience within hospitality, facilities management, accommodation services, workforce villages, property services, or similar service-based environments.

Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations with responsibility for P&L performance and service delivery outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior client representatives and executive leadership teams.

Experience leading integrated facilities management services, including both hard and soft services.

Proven ability to drive business performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Strong financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost optimisation.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
