Job Purpose

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong dealer relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of parts and order fulfilment?

CNH is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Dealer Parts Support Specialist based in St Marys NSW to support our Construction Equipment dealer network across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for dealers, providing support across parts enquiries, order management, claims and returns processing, and system guidance. Working closely with dealers, warehouses, Parts Sales Managers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure a high level of service while contributing to dealer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, acting as the primary point of contact for parts-related enquiries and support.

Provide professional customer service and support via phone, email, CRM systems, and other communication channels.

Support dealers throughout the order lifecycle, including enquiries, order status, invoicing, shipments, returns, claims, and backorders.

Process dealer credits, returns, claims, and customer orders in accordance with company procedures.

Provide guidance, training, and support on CNH systems, tools, processes, and ordering procedures.

Take ownership of dealer enquiries, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Liaise with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Regional Parts Sales Managers, and other internal teams to support dealer requirements and service outcomes.

Utilise system-generated reports and information to support dealer enquiries, follow-up activities, and decision-making.

Provide support to other areas of the Aftersales team as required.

Experience Required

Experience in customer service, dealer support, order management, administration, or a similar role.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience using CRM, ERP, order management, or dealer management systems; SAP experience is highly regarded.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience within construction, agricultural, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or dealer network environments is advantageous.
