With your organizational skills, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our high service standards are maintained throughout the night, while also overseeing security on the premises.

Responsibility for smooth operations and optimal operational processes

Access control, security patrols, monitoring of security-related systems

Organizing shifts

Conducting shift duties (check-in, check-out, night audit, billing, room assignments, complaint handling, training new employees, etc.)

Preparing the daily closing, maintaining statistics, and reporting

Supporting the team in all matters

What you should bring:

Completed vocational training or degree in the hospitality industry

One to two years of professional experience in this position, at a similar level, and in a company of comparable size

Strong communication skills

Confident and positive demeanor

Safety-conscious mindset

Ability to identify and set priorities correctly

Structured, determined, and goal-oriented work style

Organizational and teamwork skills, as well as self-motivation

Reliability

Good command of German and English, as well as proficiency in commonly used computer programs
