About the Role

For our Global Marketing & Innovation unit we are looking for a Global Brand Innovation Manager in in the area Consumer Tissue Bathroom Tissue . This position is based in Munich (preferred), Mannheim or Vienna.

What you will do

The position focuses on disruptive innovations to transform BRT/CT industry

Drive breakthrough innovation end-to-end: Identify and translate deep consumer and customer insights into disruptive category opportunities, leading highly profitable innovation projects across the full funnel - from idea generation and concept development to validation, commercialization, and initial market launch

Shape vision and energize markets behind breakthrough innovations: Champion a breakthrough innovation mindset globally by influencing stakeholders, inspiring regional teams, and embedding best practices, tools, and capabilities to unlock bold, consumer-centric growth opportunities

Lead cross-functional development of breakthrough innovation: Inspire and orchestrate multifunctional teams (R&D, marketing, design, supply chain, external partners) to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with strategic priorities

Who you are

5+ years of brand or product management experience across different geographies in global FMCG environment

Strong Marketing mix skills (incl. leading and successfully launched innovation or communication projects)

Proven ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams and various stakeholders combined with entrepreneurial mindset

Exceptional project leadership, communication and collaboration skills

Comprehensive understanding of business operations and P&L management

Fluent in English (German, Spanish or French is a plus)
