Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Projects Manager to support the delivery of dance & music projects at SSCo. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi- award winning company,, a creative, forward-thinking team delivering transformative experiences across the arts sector nationally and internationally.
What we’re looking for:
Strategic management experience (3+ years)
Excellent communication & writing skills
Experience of working across multiple projects.
Duties
To implement the delivery of the company's business plan that supports and facilitates
the realisation of the Company's vision for its creative and learning ambitions
To support the Artistic director in identifying, producing, co-ordinating aspects and delivering of the artistic programme including digital, touring and other projects, and one off live events
Working within tight financial and operational frameworks to maximise resources and opportunities for collaboration
Working closely with the Artistic Director, to negotiate and develop partnerships with
regional, national and international, artists and agencies
Support and oversee the implementation of the Learning and Participation
Programme.
Oversee existing programmes e.g. after-school clubs and promote our learning and participation offer widely.
Oversee the delivery of new participation bookings, liaising with Artistic Director, Admin Assistant and artists.
Maintain existing partnerships with schools, FE/HE settings, community groups, LCEPS,
Music Hubs and local organisations and establish new partnerships.
Work with the Artistic Director to write artist briefs and activity proposals.
Event management of Akaar / Sangam - the Company's annual student showcases
Tour/Project Management and Administration
Work with the Artistic Director and Producer to develop and support the company's tours and projects.
Policy and Procedure work with wider team to implement safeguarding, health & safety, monitoring & reporting.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
