We’re looking for a driven, talented and knowledgeable IT Project Manager to help turn ambitious ideas into successful delivery, working within our established project governance framework.

About the recruitment process

The recruitment process for this role will be comprised of two stages, with the first stage over Microsoft Teams – with our IT Service Delivery Manager and an IT Project Manager, and the second stage in person. What you’ll be doing

Leading the delivery of IT infrastructure through the project lifecycle, from initiation through to transition to service

Leading the delivery of IT infrastructure workstream objectives within wider capital projects

Ensuring stakeholders are engaged and aligned on project outcomes

Working closely with the IT team to ensure IT Change Delivery best practice is followed (including design assurance, change approval and transition to service)

Encouraging project delivery best practice and actively promoting continuous improvement of our processes and ways of working

What we’re looking for

To apply for this role, you’ll need

This role requires the successful candidate to obtain a Counter Terrorist Check, so you must have been living in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years

Experience working on and delivering IT infrastructure projects

Experience of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

Ability to work with a diverse range of people, and guide them towards achieving a common goal

Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, and good ability to distil technical information into plain language
