We are seeking an experienced HVAC pipefitter to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of HVAC systems.

Position Summary:

Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC pipe installers

Oversee the installation of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings.

Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established safety standards and regulations.

Review schematics and blueprints to plan HVAC installations or repairs effectively.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues..

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used.

Train new employees on best practices for HVAC installation, repair, and safety protocols..

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

10 Years Experience in Commercial HVAC industry

Journeyman HVAC (Required)

Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC/R systems.

Ability to build custom solutions based on project requirements.

Able to weld piping.

Familiar with steam systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality workmanship.

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.

Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sites
